Comments With ownership comes responsibility! The Paolozzi foundation is seeking to find the owner of the Piscator sculpture sitting outside Euston Station in London so it can be restored after years of negligence. However, both Network Rail and S&L apprehensively deny ownership for the inconvenience of having to take care of it.
